Casey Anthony charged by man who discovered her kid's remains

ORLANDO, Fla - The man who discovered 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's body in 2008 is suing her mom for loss, saying Casey Anthony defamed him during her homicide test captured.

Former meter reader Roy Kronk said in a litigation submitted in California on Friday that 25-year-old Anthony and her attorneys tried to switch doubt away from the young mom and on to him.

Kronk believed he discovered Caylee's body in the wood near Anthony's home and known as law enforcement. Casey Anthony was energized with eliminating her child, but a court found not guilty her in September.

In the fit, Kronk claims the immunity variously energized him of engagement in Caylee's loss of life. He said attorneys described him as a fantastic, a child snatcher and fairly broke, and energized him of finding and keeping Caylee's body and then positioning the continues to be where they were discovered.

But immunity lawyer Jose Baez also informed jurors Caylee unintentionally perished in the family lawn share. If that was true, then Anthony and her attorneys realized their claims about Kronk were fake, according to his issue.

Kronk also has energized the Nationwide Enquirer newspapers newspaper and resources seeker Leonard Padilla for lawyer.

In a movement to discount, the Enquirer claims its article effectively revealed Anthony's effort responsible Kronk and was based on records submitted in the courtroom criminal information by her attorneys.

Jeff Ashton, who on after Anthony's test, released information from the depositions of two psychiatrists in his publication, "Imperfect Rights." The physicians said Anthony believed she had been molested by her dad and her dad had perished Caylee.

Judge Belvin Perry made the depositions from community view before the test started because the suggestions were so amazing, according to Ashley, and Anthony's attorneys never known as the psychiatrists as witnesses at test.

Ashton could not be attained for thoughts on Thursday.
