Kirk Douglas, the cleft-chinned performing professional best known for his functions in flicks like "Spartacus," "Out of the Past" and "Lust for Life" and for fathering actor/director Michael Douglas, honors his 95th birthday celebration on Exclusive (Dec. 9). Douglas was created to Russian-Jewish mom and dad (he named his 1988 life story "The Ragman's Son") in Amsterdam, N.Y., in 1916.
