Drew Barrymore gets heated up to the silent life

An Alaskan experience usually brings up pictures of snow sleds, holds and failing snow. But Drew Barrymore’s  three-month encounter firing Big Magic was more like “Into the Zen” than Into the Wild.


“I’m a Cali-girl through and through, but it was just awesome to not be in the fast paced hurry of Los Angeles,” says Barrymore of her stint in Anchorage, where she shunned Online and messages favoring letter-writing and examining. Shooting for the movie (which started out Friday) took position in tumble 2010, and it could not have come at a better time for the now 36-year-old celebrity who has been a pillar in popular lifestyle for three years.

“There’s a publication known as Reducing Down to the Rate of Life, and there can be something about that headline that completely go real about this encounter,” says Barrymore. “It’s challenging to examine out of your health for three strong several weeks. That’s all just excellent, she says. Barrymore is in no hurry to discover a new project and is more articles to pay attention to her individual life, such as her new future husband, 34-year-old art advisor Will Kopelman.
“I’ve done all of this for 35 years,” Barrymore says of her profession. “I think maybe it’s OK to put living first for a instant. I do not really know this sensation. It’s new and interesting.”

After all, Barrymore started her amusement profession at age 11 several weeks when she showed up in a dog meals professional. Since discovering kid fame after 1982’s E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial, she had a once strong puberty that gradually created way for an mature profession that saw her switch to rom-com king (The Marriage Musician, 50 First Dates).

Mixed in with what she calls her “everyday outfit” of bluejeans, used footwear and informal greyish sweatshirt are two new items of bracelets. The first is a two-heart necklace around her throat presented together by a precious metal protection pin, a present from Kopelman.
“These are these amazing minds my man has given me, but the string split so I put it on the protection pin,” she describes.

The second is the four-carat, radiant-cut precious stone Kopelman provided to her when he recommended in January, after the two had been relationship for nearly a season.
“I am trying to get used to it,” Barrymore says, glowing.

When she took on Magic truly, she had yet to satisfy Kopelman, and the greatest modification she was creating was to a different type of ice. Instead of firing the movie on a soundstage, movie director Ken Kwapis knowledgeable his celebrity that the would be shot in Canada.
Despite the circumstances, Barrymore was happy to perform with three animatronic sharks.
“I do not want to be enjoying working,” she says. “I required a whale.” Even if the sharks were automatic, they assisted her deal with the reduced times that came on as winter weather hit.
“That was better element for me, the not enough sunlight,” says Barrymore. “I’m a sunlight enthusiast. It was different, I’ll put it that way.
