Taylor Swift, Foo Fighters,Adele and Kanye West get Grammys

Adele, Taylor Swift, Foo Fighters performers and Kanye West each grabbed several Grammy Awards in Los Angeles Sunday night.

Adele, who recently had neck surgery and ended a U.S. show trip while she retrieved, looked glowing as she scooped up the prizes for Pop Single Efficiency for her tune "Someone Like You," Pop Vocal Album for "21," and Song of the Season and Short Type Popular music video for "Rolling in the Deep."


Foo Fighters performers won the Grammys for Long Type Popular music Movie for "Foo Fighters: Back and Forth," Hard Rock/Metal Efficiency for "White Limousine,"


Rock Song and Mountain Efficiency for "Walk" and Rock Record for "Wasting Light."

The prize for Rap Efficiency went to Jay-Z and Kanye West for "Otis." The Rap/Sung Cooperation prize was distributed by Western, Beyonce, Kid Cudi and Fergie for "All of the Lighting," which also won the headline for Best Rap Song. Western also grabbed the prize for Rap Record for "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy."


The Grammy for Conventional Pop Popular music Record was granted to "Duets II" by Tony Bennett and Various Painters. "Body and Heart," a track Bennett noted with Amy Winehouse before she passed away recently, won the prize for Pop Duo/Group Efficiency.

Cee Lo Green grabbed the awards for Conventional R&B Efficiency and R&B Song for "Fool for You."
Taylor Swift went home with the awards for Nation Single Efficiency and Nation Song for "Mean."


The evening presented tributes to late producing celebrities Etta Wayne and Whitney Dallas, and shows by the Beach Young children, Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Nurture the People, Beyonce, Coldplay, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Bruno Mars, Chris Brown, Alicia Keys and Bonnie Raitt.
