iPhone hits up midflight, generates 'dense smoke'

We all know the iPhone has had its share of battery issues. And even some loss of life grasp problems. But this is one for the record books: On Nov 25, a voyager on an Australia trip, traveling between the metropolis of Lismore and the metropolis of Quotes, searched down to find his iPhone 4 had erupted, and was currently giving out plumes of "dense smoking."
So say the folks at State Communicate, a major Australia commercial airline. In an argument with the completely wonderful subject of "Mobile Cellphone Self Burning," State Communicate said the situation was quickly brought under control by a trip worker.

"Regional Communicate trip ZL319 operating from Lismore to Quotes today had an happening after getting, when a passenger’s mobile started giving out a quite a bit of heavy smoking, associated with a red gleam," the discharge read. "In agreement with company standard safety procedures, the trip worker carried out restoration actions instantly and the red gleam was put out efficiently. All people and team on board were unscathed."
As the team over at ABC News points out, this isn't the first time Apple mackintosh company has had trouble with increasing cool gadgets.
